Product Warranty – Allora Mart
At Allora Mart, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a limited product warranty for eligible items.
Warranty Coverage
Allora Mart provides a 7-day limited warranty on products that have:
• Manufacturing defects
• Damage upon arrival
• Functional faults not caused by misuse
The 7-day period starts from the day your order is delivered.
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Accidental damage
• Water damage (unless the product is labeled as water-resistant)
• Damage caused by improper care
• Products that have been altered after delivery
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty request, please email us at:
shop@alloramart.com
Include the following:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos or video of the defect
• Short explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
• A replacement item (subject to availability), or
• A store credit or refund if a replacement is not available
Important Notes
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
• Proof of purchase is required
• Warranty is valid only within the UAE
