Allora Mart – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Allora Mart. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be in the original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-returnable items include:
• Sale or discounted items
• Personal care, beauty, underwear, and swimwear
• Customized products
• Gift cards
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
